To the best of our knowledge, Envi-Filter Australia has the only plant in Australia capable of pleating up to 2.4 metres.

We have additional pleaters for 2 metres in any pleatable fabric and high speed cellulose pleating for high filter area cartridges.

In addition, we have ultra sonic welding for the filter media to ensure a strong absolute seal for the join in the material, and automatic banding capabilities to produce a consistant high quality product.
End caps are moulded in polyurethane to create a leak proof and accurate seal.
