The Filter media explained:

  • The heart of a filter is the media itself, and being able to choose the right media takes experience. Envi-Filter has that experience.
  • From our standard range of filter media we can offer you non-woven, spun-bonded materials in polyester and polypropylene.
  • The smooth calendered finish offers a 100% surface filtration, which means that the dust stays on the outside of the filter media and no surface penetration occurs – ensuring an even cake release. The filter media provide a uniform and open pleating.
  • The fibre construction of the filter media offers a possibility of a high air-to-cloth ratio without a significant increase in pressure drop.
  • Operation temperatures can go up to 1300 C with the right filter material and emission rates below 0.1 mg./M3 (99.99%).
  • Our filter media can be supplied in antistatic, water and oil repellent material with a PTFE membrane.
  • Envi-Filter media are approved by the German BIA and tested by independent laboratories in the USA.
